HOSPITALITY
Verdad is proud to present the Warbler, an upscale boutique hotel in the heart of New Orleans
Designed as a welcoming gathering place for locals and travelers alike, The Warbler embodies the enduring spirit of Old World New Orleans. Located at 1923 St. Charles Avenue, along the city’s most iconic corridor, The Warbler is poised to become a signature destination for discerning travelers from around the world.
Forward-looking in its vision, The Warbler marries architectural precision with a harkening to the Jazz Age. Inspired by the bold geometries of 1920s Art Deco and fluid lines of 1930s Streamline Modernism, The Warbler’s rich, graphic interiors evoke the gracious service and unbridled revelry of the era’s social clubs. Guest rooms provide welcoming roosts from which to explore the cultural abundance of New Orleans.
Our award-winning team will deliver a custom, independently branded hotel that will pay homage to the rich history and unique expressions of New Orleans, while introducing a fresh, distinct perspective and memorable hotel experience.
The Rooms
Our hotel format consists of fifty-eight keys situated on floors two through five, with a thoughtful mix of double queen, single king, studio king, king suites and one large presidential suite. A substantial portion of our rooms have “lock-off” ability that creates connectivity and allows our hotel to accommodate the individual business traveler in a single king room, as well as a group or family.
Food & Beverage
Amenities are crucial to the guest experience, and we are especially excited to partner with New Orleans-native, and one of the City’s most notable, accomplished bar operators, Neal Bodenheimer. Hotel guests and locals alike will experience an elevated bar program on the ground floor, designed to celebrate the Martini, and a light food offering of Spanish tapas.
Amenities & Location
Our hotel will offer a tailor-made rooftop experience; set in a relaxed environment, the bar will spill onto a pool deck that overlooks treetop views of the Garden District. Located in the historic core of the city, lower St. Charles Avenue connects the Uptown and Garden district neighborhoods to bustling Downtown and the French Quarter.
