Investment Type: Ground-up development, remodels & acquisitions
Investor Return Targets: Targeted returns vary by asset class but typically aim to be between 15% IRR and 25% IRR depending on the associated risk
Location: We have a nationwide presence and are focused on opportunities within both growth markets as well as established neighborhoods
