Charles Yeilding

Charles is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama. He moved to New Orleans in 2019 by way of Atlanta, Georgia where he worked in the multifamily industry for five years. Prior to joining Verdad, he worked for a tax credit developer in New Orleans that focused on historic and low-income housing development. At Verdad, Charles focuses on the finance and development of all projects from initial deal sourcing/feasibility through construction. In his free time, he enjoys all things New Orleans, from Jazz Fest to Mardi Gras and also considers himself a connoisseur of both po’boys and redbeans. He perpetually is trying to find time to both exercise for himself and exercise his 9-year-old chocolate lab, sometimes at the same time.

FUN FACT:
Charles has been both sky diving and bungie jumping and recommends getting aggressively thrown out of a plane connected to someone experienced over having to jump off a bridge with only your thoughts and a stretchy piece of rope.
